How often should an air compressor be serviced?

Every 2,000 running hours or 6 months — whichever comes first for standard service (filters, oil, separator). A major overhaul including airend inspection is recommended every 16,000–20,000 hours. Atlas Copco and ELGi recommend specific intervals which we strictly follow.

Why is my Atlas Copco compressor showing a high temperature alarm?

Common causes: clogged oil cooler or aftercooler, low oil level, incorrect oil type, blocked ventilation around the unit, or a faulty temperature sensor. Our engineers can diagnose and resolve the root cause quickly — minimizing production downtime.

Why is there oil in my compressed air lines?

Oil carryover is usually caused by a failed oil separator element, wrong oil type, overfilling of oil, or a clogged return line. This needs immediate attention as it contaminates downstream equipment and processes.

Do you provide PM service contracts?
